Miss Linn-Benton 2018 is Danielle Cormier from Corvallis, Oregon. She is currently attending Oregon State University as an undergrad and receives an athletic scholarship to be the Oregon State University Marching Band Feature Baton Twirler.

Her first Miss America Organization competition was right here at the Lane Country Program where she won her title! Her talent, of course, is baton twirling—which is what originally inspired her to be a competitor.

Her favorite thing about the job, however, is working with her platform “Kids Get Arthritis Too!— The Arthritis Foundation.” She has donated over $8,000 to The Arthritis Foundation with the help of her sisters in Alpha Omicron Pi. She loves serving her community and is a big pursuer in the “Service” point of the Miss America Crown.

At Miss Oregon 2018 Dani received a Talent Prelim Award, the Overall Talent Award, and came in 3rd runner-up overall to Miss Oregon, receiving thousands of dollars in scholarship money! She is looking forward to her year as Miss Linn-Benton with her “sister queens” Miss Central Valley, Miss Lane County, and Miss Lane County’s Outstanding Teen! Welcome to our team!
